Annual Summer Topgolf Tournament and Fundraiser

The Third Annual Southern Arizona Branch APWA Topgolf Tournament and Fundraiser is an exciting event that includes golf, a buffet, and raffle prizes. Proceeds will fund scholars via the Sunnyside School Foundation, with a portion funding the branch yearly operations. Topgolf has a series of bays and each bay holds up to six players. Our event includes up to 24 bays and 144 player spots available so sign up before the event sells out. Prizes will be presented to the top two teams.

SPONSORSHIPS:

Title Sponsorship (Exclusive) is $1,500 and includes:

  • One reserved bay with 6 event/player tickets (total value is $720).

  • Additional recognition at Tournament Opening & Raffle event.

  • Company logo on all Topgolf event branding & slideshow.

  • Board with logo or promotional content at the event near the buffet.

  • Additional signage at the Conference.

 

Bay Sponsorship (Limited to 20 Sponsors) is $850 and includes:

  • One reserved bay with 6 event/player tickets, (total value is $720).

  • Company logo on all Topgolf event branding.

  • Board with logo at the event near the bay.

 

Food and Beverage Sponsorship (Limited to 4 Sponsors) is $500 and includes:

  • Two event/player tickets, (total value is $250).

  • Company logo on all Topgolf event branding.

Raffle Prize Sponsorships:

RAFFLE DETAILS: There will be an opportunity for players to purchase raffle tickets for some great prizes at the event for an additional cost of $5 each or five for $20.

FOOD AND BAR DETAILS: Each player will receive full access to the Ultimate Bites buffet. The buffet will include Boneless Wings with BBQ, Buffalo & Ranch dip + Homemade Pimento Cheese Dip + Spinach Artichoke Dip + Tortilla Chips + Cheese & Charcuterie + Jumbo BBQ Meatballs + Injectable Donut Holes (Raspberry & Chocolate Filling) + Beverages (Soda, Iced Tea, Coffee & Water) . A bartender will also be available able to provide beer, wine, or mixed drinks at the player’s expense.
